I design the connective tissue between emerging technology, the teams bringing it to life, and the people who need it to work. Research Operations taught me that systems earn trust through clarity, care, and follow-through.

Make the complex usable.

The programs I care most about start with a real knot: a team moving quickly, a new capability arriving, and no obvious path from possibility to reliable practice. My job is to design that path. That can mean a knowledge system people trust, a rollout that turns researchers into owners, or a lightweight tool that gives a team back its time. The operational detail matters because it is how strategy becomes something people can actually use.

Build with people, not around them.

The strongest systems I have built came from listening before recommending, bringing the right partners in early, and making the tradeoffs legible. I have worked alongside researchers, designers, engineers, product managers, data scientists, leadership, finance, legal, and privacy. That has made me comfortable translating between specialist perspectives without losing the human stakes or the delivery date.

I like work that asks for strategy, creativity, technical experimentation, and real collaboration all at once.

Keep human judgment in the loop.

I use AI to remove busywork, not responsibility. People stay close to decisions that need context, ethics, empathy, or accountability.

Discovery and partnership are part of delivery. People who help shape a system are more ready to trust it, improve it, and make it last.

I bring enough structure to create clarity and speed, then keep adapting as the team, technology, and problem change.

I build in feedback loops from the start, so we can see what is being used, where it is helping, and what needs to evolve next.
